tom yam easy la. all you gotta so is get the tomyam paste.
if you want more flavour, get some cili padi, Siamese/Thai ginger,(lighter in colour than the normal ginger you eat and has a tinge of pink) a few limes, and some fish sauce.
Ofcourse, fresh shrimp, oyster mushrooms, button mushroom, straw mushrooms, and fish goes really well with tom yam. Oh and yellow chinese noodles too.
juz bought the stuff without may...huhu.....and yes,i found the tom yam paste but no,i did not buy any ingredients for your sushi making ben...guess you have to rely on veges and lots of chillies...hahahahah....
i takda beli itu drinks ya...sumone plz bring it ok....unless you wanna drink tom yam soup all the way....
eve, i ONLY and ONLY bought tom yam paste...and some limes..and oso serai..hehe...no siamese /thai ginger ler and no fish sauce...but i think my house got...chili padi oso bought aldy...
paper plates or plastic bowls???or you wanna use glassware ah???but need to wash loh...waste my water bill..=p....my dad suggests do it outside my house..meaning my house compound...see lah,when you all arrived we'll decide...
ermm...and i hope you all love dogs ya,and not scared of it coz my little SAUSAGE dog will roam around outside the house...and wear your own shoes or slippers or sandals at your own risk...coz who knows! my SAUSAGE dog will bring it sumwhere to feed on it...hehe...
and the total sum of the main food as in meat,fishballs,yong tau fu,veges etc. is RM110.62...not sure whether it's enough for all of us big eaters...@_@....
AND i need helpers oh...chrystal will drop by through her private jet and i suppose may will do so with her rocket...so that makes 3 including me.....ermm..errmm... any astronauts or hijackers wanna come and help????
